Welcome to my site, which is helping to raise funds for the Lymington Oakhaven Hospice.

With my friends from the Lymington Palette Club, we hold weekly art workshops at the Coates Centre, the well-being centre provided by Oakhaven for the community. We help people whose lives have been impacted by illness. 

   

In August 2025 for the seventh year running, we exhibited as “Artists for Oakhaven”, as part of Hampshire Open Studios. We had a great exhibition, with lots of  visitors, many of whom shared with us their special stories of the care their loved ones received at Oakhaven.

 

Whilst our visitors were generous in their support of our exhibition, it was clear that people were a little more concerned about their budgets this year, choosing smaller paintings, and buying lots of cards. Nonetheless we raised over £1500, still a significant amount, and all of this was donated to the hospice.
